Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs, separated
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Warm your oven up to 300F 150C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet
Put the egg whites and yolks in two different bowls so that they can be mixed
Mix the honey or another sweetener and cream cheese into the egg yolks
Mix until everything is smooth and well mixed
Put the cream of tartar and salt in the bowl where the egg whites are
Make stiff peaks with the egg whites by beating them
Mix the egg yolks and sugar slowly into the whipped egg whites until everything is well combined
Place the cloud bread mix on the baking sheet that has been prepared
Use your spoon to make rounds or any other shape you'd like
The cloud bread should be baked in a hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it turns golden brown and sets
The cloud bread should cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before being moved to a wire rack to cool all the way down
Use it instead of gluten-free bread or as a base for sandwiches
