Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup arrowroot powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
Grease and line a 9-inch round cake pan with parchment paper
In a large bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, coconut flour, arrowroot powder, baking soda, and sea salt
In another bowl, whisk eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined
