Ingredients:
- 4 oz sushi-grade tuna
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 2 nori seaweed sheets
- 1 cup sushi rice, cooked
- Wasabi and pickled ginger for serving
Instructions:
Pat dry the tuna with paper towels and coat evenly with sesame seeds
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
