Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 4 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups egg noodles
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Place diced chicken, chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, bay leaves, salt, and pepper into the crock pot
Stir ingredients to combine and ensure the chicken is submerged in the broth
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender
About 30 minutes before serving, add the egg noodles to the crock pot
Stir well
Cover and continue cooking until noodles are tender
Remove bay leaves and discard
